ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Graphic Tees Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Graphic Tees Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Graphic Tees Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Graphic Tees Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Graphic Tees Store shall immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
 
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall Graphic Tees Store or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages related to products or services. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

PROCESSING TIME: Your order is thoroughly reviewed to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review, it is forwarded for shipment. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment.

TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY: Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days or more for out-of-stock items.

CREDIT / DEBIT CARD AUTHORIZATIONS: An authorization on a credit or debit card is a hold against your banks credit card spending limit. Your bank should release the authorization when the charge is received. A charge is the only time a transfer of funds is completed; an authorization is not a transfer of funds.

RISK OF LOSS: Title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from Graphic Tees Store to Customer upon delivery to Customer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, title to software purchased will remain with the applicable licensor(s) and Customer's rights therein are contained in the license agreement between such licensor(s) and Customer. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and related charges.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: AGREEMENT TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES THROUGH ARBITRATION OR IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND AGREEMENT TO WAIVE A RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATION IN CLASS ACTIONS.

The Google Translate service is a means by which translations of English content from our website are provided solely for the convenience of non-English speaking users of the website. The translated content is provided solely by Google and we do not have any input or control over the translated content. The English language version of the content, as provided by Graphic Tees Store is the only definitive and binding version, and we are not bound by the non-English translations provided by Google Translate. The use of the Google Translate functionality and/or content is also subject to standard terms and conditions and the terms of use of our website. These standard terms and conditions and terms of use may be changed by us at any time without notice.

Use of Google Translate:
The Google Translate service is free to Graphic Tees Store users and is intended only as a tool to assist in the translation of our website content. Any other uses, including, without limitation, the incorporation of, advertising into, or the placement of advertising associated with, or targeted towards, the Google Translated content, are strictly prohibited. You must use the Google Translate content as provided and you may not edit or modify the text, technology, content or links supplied.

Right to Discontinue Service:
Graphic Tees Store reserves the right to cease providing Google Translate functionality and/or content at any time without notice. Graphic Tees Store assumes no liability for, and expressly disclaims responsibility for, your use of the Google Translate functionality or content or for your reliance on the accuracy of its translations.
